We do not sell your personal information for money. We may use cookies, analytics, and similar technologies as described below, and we provide opt-out mechanisms where required by law.
8. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide the Services, maintain security and audit records, comply with legal or contractual obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention depends on the data type, the nature of your inquiry or relationship, sensitivity, legal requirements, and whether the information is needed for an active relationship.
9. Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information based on its nature and the risks involved. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please protect any credentials we issue and report suspected unauthorized access to info@lcs7.com.
10. Your Choices and Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live and subject to applicable exceptions, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or portability; obtain information about collection and disclosure; withdraw consent; opt out of sale or certain profiling; restrict or object to processing; appeal a decision; or lodge a complaint with a regulator.
To submit a request, contact info@lcs7.com. We may verify your identity and authority before acting. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
11. Users Outside the United States
The Services are intended primarily for users in the United States at this time. If you access the Services from outside the United States, your information will be processed in the United States, which may have different data protection laws than your home country.
12. Cookies and Analytics
We and our service providers may use essential cookies or similar technologies for security, preferences, and operation of the website. We may also use analytics technologies to understand usage and improve the Services.
13. Children
The Services are intended for adults and are not directed to children. LCS7 does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
14. Business Information and Other People's Data
Business information may still identify individuals. If you submit information about founders, employees, investors, customers, references, or other people, you represent that you have authority to provide it and have given any required notice. Do not upload unnecessary sensitive information.
15. Data Breach and Incident Communications
We will provide notifications of a personal-information breach when required by applicable law. Security events should be reported to info@lcs7.com.
16. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy to reflect changes in law, technology, or our practices. We will post the updated Policy and revise the "Last Updated" date. If a change materially expands our collection, use, or disclosure, we will provide additional notice and obtain consent where required.
17. Contact
Privacy inquiries and rights requests, security reports, and general support: info@lcs7.com
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are between you and LCS7, Inc., a Wyoming corporation doing business as LCS7 ("LCS7," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms govern your access to and use of lcs7.com, related LCS7 websites, and related communications and features that link to these Terms (collectively, the "Services").
1. Acceptance and Eligibility
By accessing the website, submitting a form, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you use the Services for a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. The Services are not available to anyone previously suspended or removed, or to anyone prohibited from receiving them under applicable law. Additional identity, accreditation, geographic, or professional-status requirements may apply to particular features.
2. Website Content and Changes
The Services include informational pages, forms, and related features that may change without notice. Content may be incomplete or contain errors. You should not rely on website content as the sole basis for financial, investment, legal, tax, operational, or other material decisions. We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue pages or features as the Services develop.
3. Forms, Accounts, and Access Security
You agree that information you submit through a form or other communication is accurate to the best of your knowledge. If we issue an account or other credentials, you must set and protect them, and you may not share them, allow another person to use them, or bypass an access control. Notify us promptly at info@lcs7.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. The Services
The Services include the LCS7 public website and related informational content about LCS7's advisory, business-development, and related offerings. They may describe how LCS7 works with companies, founders, and investors. Use of the website is not a substitute for a separately agreed engagement, and it does not by itself create a client, advisory, or fiduciary relationship.
5. No Guaranteed Outcome
The Services provide information and, where offered, decision-support tools. Website content, a score, match, ranking, profile, introduction, or other output does not guarantee funding, investment, partnership, diligence results, business performance, or any other outcome. Users remain responsible for independent evaluation, due diligence, professional advice, and decisions.
No LCS7 label, score, match, or profile is an approval, certification, endorsement, or statement that a person, company, security, or opportunity is suitable, safe, verified, de-risked, or investment-ready.
6. Securities and Professional-Services Boundary
Unless a separate written agreement expressly identifies a registered entity and the regulated services it will provide, the Services are informational and, where applicable, technology, research, workflow, and matching tools. LCS7 does not, through the public website, execute securities transactions, hold customer funds or securities, or provide legal, tax, accounting, or individualized investment advice. Any securities offering, solicitation, recommendation, negotiation, placement, custody, escrow, or closing activity must occur through appropriately authorized persons and may be governed by separate disclosures and agreements.
Nothing in the Services is an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy a security. Offering materials, if any, control over website summaries and may be available only to eligible users through a separately approved process.
7. AI, Research, Scores, and Matches
LCS7 and related website or service features may generate or display outputs using automated systems, third-party data, public information, and information provided by users. Outputs may be incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. Verify material information against original sources and qualified professionals.
Scores and matches, if shown, are directional decision-support tools. They may reflect factors such as company stage, sector, geography, stated preferences, and other disclosed criteria. They are not credit ratings, valuations, investment recommendations, fiduciary advice, or predictions of success.
8. Introductions and User Communications
A requested introduction or referral is optional and does not create an agency, fiduciary, partnership, advisory, or brokerage relationship. Each recipient decides whether to communicate and what information to disclose. LCS7 may facilitate contact but does not guarantee a response, relationship, transaction, or outcome.
9. User Content and Confidentiality
You retain ownership of the materials and information you submit ("User Content"). You grant LCS7 a limited, nonexclusive, worldwide license to host, copy, process, analyze, format, and display User Content only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, support, and improve the Services and as described in the Privacy Policy. This license ends when the content is deleted from active systems, subject to lawful retention and backup cycles.
You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to submit User Content and that it does not violate law, confidentiality obligations, privacy rights, or intellectual-property rights. Do not submit information you are not authorized to disclose.
10. LCS7 Intellectual Property
The Services, software, prompts, workflows, interfaces, documentation, designs, trademarks, and LCS7 content are owned by LCS7 or its licensors and protected by applicable law. Subject to these Terms, LCS7 grants you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to use the Services for lawful purposes during your authorized access.
You may not copy, sell, sublicense, scrape, reverse engineer, discover source code or nonpublic scoring logic, circumvent technical controls, create a competing dataset or service from the Services, or use LCS7 content to train another model, except where a restriction is prohibited by law.
11. Feedback
If you provide feedback, bug reports, or feature suggestions, you grant LCS7 a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use them without restriction or compensation. This does not transfer ownership of your User Content or confidential company materials.
12. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Services to violate law; misrepresent identity, authority, accreditation, or company information; upload malware or unlawful content; infringe rights; harass or discriminate; manipulate scores or feedback; scrape or harvest data; probe security without written authorization; interfere with operation; evade access controls; send unauthorized marketing; or use outputs to make unlawful discriminatory or solely automated high-impact decisions.
13. Third-Party Services and Data
The Services may link to or interoperate with third-party services, data sources, model providers, websites, or regulated providers. Third parties operate under their own terms and privacy practices. LCS7 is not responsible for third-party services it does not control, but this does not limit obligations that cannot lawfully be disclaimed.
14. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and retain personal information. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms for notice purposes, but it does not waive any privacy right.
15. Fees, Subscriptions, and Taxes
Browsing lcs7.com does not currently require a fee. Advisory, consulting, or other paid LCS7 services, if any, are governed by a separate agreement or order that will state the price, billing, taxes, cancellation, and refund rules before purchase. Except where stated otherwise or required by law, users are responsible for applicable taxes and authorized charges.
16. Electronic Communications
You consent to receive account, security, service, policy, and transaction-related communications electronically. Marketing communications require any consent required by law and will include an available opt-out. Withdrawing marketing consent does not stop essential service communications.
17. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using the Services. LCS7 may suspend or terminate access for a material breach, security risk, unlawful or fraudulent activity, nonpayment, or conduct that threatens users or the Services. Where practical and lawful, LCS7 will provide notice and an opportunity to cure. Sections that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
18. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available." LCS7 disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and noninfringement. LCS7 does not warrant uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, complete security, or the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of AI outputs, third-party data, scores, matches, or User Content. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so they may not apply to you.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LCS7 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, opportunities, investments, or business interruption arising from the Services. LCS7's aggregate liability for all claims arising from the Services will not exceed the greater of $100 or the fees you paid for the Services during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. This section does not limit liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
20. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LCS7 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from third-party claims arising from your User Content, unlawful use, material breach of these Terms, or infringement of another person's rights. LCS7 will provide reasonable notice of a covered claim and may participate in its defense.
21. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The parties consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
22. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Services, law, or business practices. We will post the updated Terms and update the "Last Updated" date. If a change materially reduces user rights or expands our use of User Content, we will provide additional notice and obtain consent where required. Changes apply prospectively unless law permits otherwise.
23. General Terms
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any applicable order or separate service agreement form the agreement for the Services. A negotiated written agreement controls to the extent of a conflict. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. A failure to enforce is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without consent; LCS7 may assign them in connection with a merger, reorganization, financing, or sale of substantially all relevant assets, subject to applicable law. Headings are for convenience only.
24. Contact
For support, legal notices, security reports, or questions about these Terms, contact info@lcs7.com.
